I was very happy when I was contacted by this smiley mum-to-be this summer. Last year her husband offered a gift voucher for a baby photo-session with me to their friends for their little girl’s birth (you can see their family session here), and I feel so honored when people recommend me to their best friends as a family photographer!
The happy couple lives in Winterthur and they wanted to immortalize this first pregnancy in a environment they like. They made me discover this beautiful place near Winterthur, with an amazing blue lake, a forest and the river. Wooo! I went there on a Sunday with my own little girl for location scouting and I was looking forward to our maternity photo-session when I saw this lovely place!
We were not very lucky with the weather for the day of the shooting, but D. was brave enough to enter the cold water at the end of the session!
There are plenty of pictures in this article, it was too hard to reduce the image selection. D. radiated this beauty which is typical from pregnant women. Even if they are often tired they have this very particular aura and they are so beautiful to photograph! And this was very true for this pregnancy photo-session!
